Or at least what the 'crepes' are made of? I can more or less get the filling right, but have not been able to find the thin shell or crepe they use.

12 uncooked dried manicotti shells
2 1/2 cups lowfat cottage cheese
2 cups cooked chicken strips
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10-ounce) package frozen cut spinach, thawed, well-drained
1 egg
8 ounces (2 cups) LAND O LAKES庐 Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 (28-ounce) jar fat free pasta sauce*
Heat oven to 350掳F. Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Cook manicotti shells according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and spaghetti sauce in medium bowl; mix well.
Fill each manicotti shell with 1/3 cup chicken mixture; place in baking pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over filled pasta shells; top with remaining cheese.
Cover; bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through, uncovering during last 5 minutes.
*Substitute your favorite pasta sauce.
TIP: Manicotti can be prepared ahead. Cook pasta shells; prepare sauce and stuff shells. Cover; refrigerate. Bake at 350掳F for 45 to 50 minutes or until heated through, uncovering during last 5 minutes.
