Need a recipe for Chicken Meatloaf?

Father in Law is a diabetic and my mother in law and i were discussing meatloaf....she said she doesnt get it anymore because he cannot have it (red meat that is)...I told her to use ground chicken, rice, onion, green pepper, spices, egg, bread crumbs...I would serve it with a mushroom gravy....does anyone else have a recipe you HAVE MADE similar to this? Or any recipes again that you have made for chicken meatloaf??

ground turkey makes a good meat loaf also. Instead of bread crumbs I use dry oatmeal.
