What is a recipe including Chicken, Cheese, Soy Sauce, Rice, Watermelon, and Mango?

So i have to make 2 recipes for school using those 6 ingredients. I don't know what to make. I was thinking enchiladas using the chicken and cheese...dunno about soy sauce....and then serving it over mexican rice, and then i dont know what to do with watermelon and mango. you CAN include other ingredients!!! And you can make 2 recipes. So any ideas? (Only have 45 mins to prep AND make the recipes tho!)What is a recipe including Chicken, Cheese, Soy Sauce, Rice, Watermelon, and Mango?
You can make a little stir fry thing with the cheese, chicken, rice and put a little soy sauce on it, then make a mango-watermelon smoothie to drink. What is a recipe including Chicken, Cheese, Soy Sauce, Rice, Watermelon, and Mango?
ok, here's my ideas - enchiladas is boring - make something new! These will be quick and YUMMY!

Recipe 1. Delicious Fried Rice:

Using the chicken, soy sauce, rice and cheese:

You will also need:

1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic,

1 onion finely chopped, 2

stalks chopped green shallots,

1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 cup frozen peas and corn kernels

Your rice will need to be cooked and then cold. So, cook your rice before going to school (the night before). When it's cooked, lay it out on a cookie tray and cover with a dish-cloth(clean!!) and leave it in the fridge overnight. It will be cooked but will not be sticky. Put it in a container to take to school.

If you want to save time at school, cut everything else up ready as well and bring them all in a container.

At School:

Heat the oil in your pan (if they have a chinese wok at school use that!!). Add the chicken and onion and garlic. Fry gently till chicken browned. Add the rice and sauces and shallots, (and peas/corn if you want to use them) stir fry so the rice all gets fried. Add the chicken back in. Serve with cheese sprinkled on top. This is really yummy.

Recipe 2.

I would suggest making this first and then while it is setting in the freezer, make the fried rice.

Dessert - Mango and Watermelon Sorbet (gelato)

You will also need:

陆 cup frozen apple juice concentrate

1 tablespoons lemon juice

Puree all your ingredients in a food processor, pour into a bowl, cover, and freeze.

Remove the bowl from the freezer after 20 minutes and puree again for a smooth consistency. Refreeze. Ready to serve.

This is so sweet and delicious after your spicy fried rice.

If you are concerned your sorbet may not freeze in the time you have your class, why not make the following instead...

Recipe 3. Mini mango tarts with watermelon spears

You will need to either buy or pre-make some little pastry tart cases (you can buy pre-made ones in the freezer section of your local supermarket) - you may have to bake them the night before.

you will also need 1 vanilla instant pudding

1 tub thick fresh cream

small jar apricot jelly

Make the pudding using cream instead of the required amount of milk. Spoon into the tart cases and put in fridge for about 5 minutes. Slice the mango and put pieces on top of tarts. Melt the jelly with a spoonful of water in the microwave for 30 seconds or on the stovetop in a little pan. Brush on top of the tarts, over the fruit. Put back in fridge to set the jelly (takes another 5 minutes). Slice the melon into pretty thin sticks with a little skin left on the end. Lay your mini tart on a large plate and lay three little melon sticks next to it.

Hope you like these recipes - they are some of my family favorites and really fast but delicious!
