I've found a couple that may be ok, but nothing real good yet. I'm looking for something kind of sweet but nothing to overpowering. And any type of kebob dishes or recipes are fine too!!
Thanks!!! :DAnybody know of a good Boneless Skinless Chicken Marinade Recipe??
I love to marinate the chicken in Italian dressing. Then I bake it with the dressing and it keeps the chicken moist.

This is not really a recipe, but Wicker's vinegar based barbecue sauce is a wonderful marinade for any grilled meat or kabob. It is a mid-south thing!
Lawery's Teriyaki w/ pineapple juice. Great for kabobs or whole.
i love using italian dressing or balsamic vinigrette for marinade
lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and seasoned salt.
If your going to be grilling it I have found that marinades cover the taste of the chicken. brush it with olive oil and use plain old salt and pepper. My chicken turns out tender and juicy every time and tastes better than using a cover up.
Here's one I've used for years and it really makes the chicken moist and tender:
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
陆 cup red wine vinegar
陆 cup olive oil
Juice of one small lemon
录 cup white wine (very dry)
Marinate the chicken in this for 1-2 hours, or preferably overnight. Use this same marinade to baste the chicken on the grill.
