smear the chicken all over with mayonnaise and salt and pepper and rosemary.

Fill the cavity with your favorite wild rice and mushroom stuffing recipe.

Put in a roasting pan in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until the skin starts to puff and is golden brown.
I usually take a whole chicken, plant garlic and rosemary under the skin. Then I stuff it with a lemon cut in half and a bunch of rosemary. I then sprinkle the top with Kosher Salt.

The rosemary, lemon and garlic flavors permeate the meat...making an amazing Roast Chicken.

I think I cook it around 28 minutes per pound (but I would check that) at 375 degrees F.
I stuff my chicken with quartered lemons and onions. It comes out so moist and flavorful, you wouldn't believe it!

Yes. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, oregano or thyme on it and flavour it with mustard (all over) and olive oil. Put some potatos around it if you want to and flavour them too. You can also add some white wine. Put it in the over for 1 1/2 hour at about 200 C.
