campells soup
I love this recipe, I made it two nights ago and got rave reviews from 4 people, one of which dosent even like chicken, you use butter and fresh herbs to stuff under the skin/in the breast of chicken.
I just gave this one to another question, but I don't mind repeating it because I love it to death. Get your favorite brand of chicken from the store. Pat the chicken dry after opening the package and season it with what ever seasoning you prefer. Get a nonstick pan on the stove and put it on medium heat. When the pan is hot add olive oil in the pan. After the oil starts to shimmer or move freely in the pan (if you give a gentle shake) add the chicken. Pan fry it on medium heat in the olive oil for 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip it and put half a tablespoon of butter in the pan with the olive oil and chicken. Cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes and occasionally scoop up the butter/oil mixture in the pan with a spoon and drizzle it over the top of the chicken. Crispy, but nice and moist. Pan fried chicken, done!!! I swear its one of the easiest ways to cook chicken and give it taste.
heres like a thousand chicken recipes if you just wanna paroooz through and get some ideas

I have a freakin easy recipe. I always soak the chicken in a bowl of bbq sauce, orange or fruit juice, squeeze in an orange and a lime and add water...so that the chicken is pretty covered in the bowl. Soak for like an hour or however long you have...20 minutes? Then Pour the whole thing in a big frying pan with fairly high sides and cook on high til both sides til it's almost done...then simmer til it's all the way done. If the juice starts evaporating, add more orange juice and bbq sauce...salt, pepper and you're done.
Well you can Google Recipes for chicken or go to foodtv.com and you will find all you want
