i like italian food so when i make grilled chicken, i like to make it next to pasta. so the spices i usually for the chicken are things like garlic powder, oregano, a little cilantro, a little thyme...but to make it easier on yourself, i just use mccormick italian spices blend. its delicious!
If you want to keep it super simple, just marinate in Italian dressing (the thin and not the creamy type). That will make the chicken moist and add some mild seasonings. You can baste if it starts to look dry. Very easy. Hard to beat.
do i ever! it is called Roman style chicken

here is the recipe.

(if that dosnt look good try grilling it on a sautay pan with garlic, salt, and hickory and brown sugar BBQ sauce. Mmm)
My fave is put them in ziploc bags drenched with italian dressing out of the bottle. Let them sit, the longer the better..and grill them like usual. No spices, it is amazing alone, with salad or baked potato..or both! Enjoy!
boil fetticini noodles....take a block of unsalted butter, minced garlic, and basil...add chicken breast...stir together add noodles so good...yum yum
Brush lightly with brown sugar dissolved in Cointreay and chopped fresh or dried Rosemary. Sooooooo nice. Baste with the run off juices during grilling (or baking)
the only one i use over and over is the italian dressing in the bottle marinade
