Chicken recipe with Italian dressing?

I have not done this in a while. Bake it in aluminum foil pockets? Any other ideas, thanks!Chicken recipe with Italian dressing?
you can mix your italian dressing ( a whole jar) with about a cup of bread crumbs or flour and make a paste of it, either rub it on your chicken or if using chicken with skin, rub it under the skin then bake until done. I sometimes add shredded mozzarella cheese to chicken and let melt in the last 3 minutes or so of cooking. this is SO good and it gives an intense italian flavor. Or another thing is to use the dry italian dressing mix and coat your chicken with it then fry or broil.. yummy. hope you enjoyChicken recipe with Italian dressing?
here are a couple of the easiest but best recipes my family just LOVES.

pre-heat over to 350

put chicken in baking pan and smother with italian dressing for extra flavor sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. YUMMY cover tightly with foil,

throw it in oven for about 2 1/2 hours and u have your self a delicious meal the chicken just falls apart when u touch it with a fork. enjoy

now if u want the same delicious meal that falls apart when u touch it with the fork do all the same steps above but instead of smothering in italian smother with a bottle of bar b que sauce. cover and cook 2 1/2 hours and tah dah dinner is served and your family will be happy

my source is i have the worlds pickiest eaters and they love both of these and every time company comes over they ask me for my recipes to these chicken meals
I made chicken with Italian dressing once, and it was so bland I was embarrassed to serve it - I used it for chicken parmigiana the next day instead. I like to use a dry rub (chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt %26amp; pepper) and bake on a baking sheet, turning several times during baking. If you want, you can baste with a BBQ sauce the last 10 min. or so....
You can bake it in the foil pockets, but I'd rather just bake in a foil covered pan (line the pan with enough foil to bring up over the sides and crimp - easy clean up) and uncover them for the last half hour to crisp them a bit.
I marinate the chicken in the italian dressing for a few hours in the fridge. Then place the chicken pieces on a foil lined baking sheet, and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
if you just put the chicken and salad dressing in a baking dish and cover it with foil, that works too. bake at 350 until the chicken is done.

the sauce left over is great over pasta or rice.

good luck!
