Recipes with chicken...?

I have 3 lefotver chicken breasts (currently raw). What can I make with them? Something simple and tasty; not spicy.

Thanks!

PS Not tortillas or stir-fry as that's what they are leftover from!Recipes with chicken...?
BBQ Chicken Pizza

Grill your chicken breasts and then dice them up. make some pizza dough or buy some, crescent roll dough is great for this. put bbq sauce on your dough and top with chicken, pineapple, bacon bits and cheese. Bake in oven at 350 for about 15minutes or so. cut and enjoyRecipes with chicken...?
I've made this before and it's really tasty and easy to make.

**Cheese Chicken and Salsa Skillet**

2 cups penne pasta, uncooked

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1-1/4 cups Salsa

1 cup frozen corn, thawed

1 large green pepper, cut into short thin strips

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in salsa, corn and peppers. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 min. or until cheese is melted.

You can make a chicken roll with these breasts.

Cut in small pieces and boil them.

Add little black pepper, red chili and onion. Put some oil in pan, put all these things into pan and fry.

Make dough of wheat flour.

Make a chapati, fry this chapati with little oil.

Fill the chicken stuffing in it.

Roll the chapati and serve hot with ketch-up.
Uncooked Chicken Method

If you are using uncooked chicken, you鈥檒l start by saut茅ing the chicken first, before the onions and peppers. So cut up the chicken into bite sized pieces and saut茅 them in butter and olive oil. Cook until almost done but not all the way. You can finish cooking the chicken when you return it to the pan otherwise you risk overcooking it.

Remove the chicken from the pan, add the onion and pepper and follow the rest of the recipe above.

Penne with Chicken %26amp; Peas in a Cream Sauce

Serves 2

1/2 lb. penne pasta, cooked to al dente

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoons butter

2 thin slices from a large red onion, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced (Ricco suggested using roasted red peppers for more flavor and adding them toward the end of the recipe)

录 cup white wine or brandy

1 chicken breast, cut up into pieces (cooked or uncooked)

1 cup half and half

1 pinch nutmeg

1 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

1 cup frozen peas

Grated cheese like Parmigiano or Romano or you could even try some crumbled Roquefort cheese.

Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Salt, to taste

How to Prepare at Home

Heat a large saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add the oil and butter. When hot but not smoking, add the onion and diced pepper. Saut茅 until the onion is translucent.

Deglaze the pan with the white wine or brandy and continue cooking until most of the wine has cooked off. This will add another layer of flavor.

Season the already cut up cooked chicken with some freshly ground pepper and add it to the pan to reheat for about one minute.

Add the half and half, nutmeg, parsley and peas being sure to mix together with a wooden spoon. Raise the heat to medium-high but as soon as the half and half comes to a boil, lower the heat to medium or medium-low and reduce the sauce to desired consistency (thickness).

When the sauce is just the way you like it, add some freshly grated cheese or try the crumbled up Roquefort. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta but reserve a few tablespoons of the pasta water to add to the sauce if the sauce appears to be too thick. This thins out the sauce while giving it a little flavor from the cooked pasta.

Add the pasta to the saucepan; toss well and serve.
You can ';bread'; them with parmesan cheese and cook them in a frying pan with some olive oil.

Serve with mashed potatoes and a lemon butter sauce.

Season with salt/pepper and throw them on the grill. Cut into thin slices and toss them in pasta with your favorite sauce.

If they are thick, butterfly the breasts in half about 1/4'; to the end and stuff with spinach, and or broccoli and white cheese.

Put them in a oven pan and pour some alfredo sauce over them. Bake until cooked through, the sauce will start to brown and crust a little.

Take a ziploc bag to put the chicken in, pour italian dressing and let marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours. Toss in the grill and serve with steamed vegetables or your favorite salad.

Ok I'll stop now otherwise I will keep going and going and going. Lol
Put between 2 pieces of siran wrap %26amp; flatten w/a cooking mallot to make the pieces thin. On top of each breast place some fresh mushroom (sliced), some bacon bits, %26amp; some cheese..spice it up w/some salsa too or onions. Wrap that up in the breast %26amp; close w/toothpicks. Marinate in some fat free Italian dressing for about 30 minutes and then grill till chicken is done. You can put different things in the middle of the chicken if you want. i sort of made this up myself and it turned out really good! i'm actually going to make it this weekend.

OR

Divine and easy!

Use a large non-stick frypan. For 2 people, add small amount olive oil, add breasts, brown on each side. At the same time add thickly sliced mushrooms and onion. While this is cooking, put 2 potatoes, pricked, in their skin, in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add potatoes to frypan. When all are browned a little, add a splash of soy sauce, lemon juice, cover, simmer for a minute and serve.
these you will love :)
