INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, and cook the garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt.
Dip each chicken breast in the garlic butter to coat, then press into the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture.
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.SIMPLE chicken breast recipe?
simple casserole-
mix one cup long grain rice, one can condensed soup (either mushroom or chicken), one can of water, and either a can of mushrooms with the mushroom soup-or some veggies (canned or frozen), put into baking dish, place seasoned raw chicken breasts on top, cover with foil, bake at 375 for 1 hour- sprinkle some shredded cheese on top towards end of baking.
or cut up chicken into small chunks, cook in large sauce pan with sliced onion and mushrooms, add one can condensed cream of mushroom soup and a little milk- serve over egg noodles

Dip the chicken breast in melted butter and roll in parmesean cheese. Place on a baking sheet and top with a dash of pepper. Bake 20 minutes at 350.

Put the chicken in a plastic baggy with a little milk and pound the breasts flat using a rolling pin or your hand. Add some garlic and onion and a bit of salt and pepper and let sit in fridge for 1 hour. remove from fridge and either cook in a skillet or broil in oven turning when top side starts browning. add a little cheese to top and let melt and serve.
Make a rub out of the garlic and onion. Wrap the chicken in foil pouches or a covered baking dish. Cook throughly 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes uncover or unwrap. Tthen put cheese on the last couple of minutes to melt it.
I slice mine in half kind of butterfly them, to make them thinner, cooks quicker, apply lemon juice if you have it, garlic, salt and pepper...saute in butter, 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil if you have it. Cook ,turning when golden, when it it golden it should be cooked through. Plate it and sprinkle with parsley or paprika for color if you have it.
just smother those chicken breasts in every seasoning that you think will go well together. It's different and a winner every time. Also if you have rice and canned veggies you can cook and mix those together and then stuff the chicken breasts before you bake them.
Or if you have any campbell's cream soups you can use them as gravy.
