Does anybody have a good recipe for herb-roasted chicken?

Unfortunately, I don't have a whole chicken to use but I have breasts and thighs :). Any body have anything? Thank you!Does anybody have a good recipe for herb-roasted chicken?
2 1/2 To 3-pound chicken, cut into serving pieces


1 Envelope Lipton Savory Herb


-with Garlic Recipe Soup Mix


2 tb Water


1 tb Olive or vegetable oil





Preheat oven to 375F.





In 13x9-inch baking pan, arrange chicken.





In small bowl, combine soup, water, and olive oil; brush on chicken.





Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.

yeah, oil outside of chicken, mix salt pepper and herbs from your cabinet and rub outside of chicken. Then cook at low temperature, 300ish till almost done, then crank up to broil and brown the outsides. Cook it this way and it won't matter what you put in the herb mixture. Although sage goes well w/ chicken.
