We're making chicken tonight, and how we do it is:beat an egg with hot sauce%26amp;a little water or milk.dip the chicken in the egg mixture then roll in a flour mixture(flour, salt, pepper, paprika,a bit of cornmeal)then fry it.how do you fix yours?I may want to try something new. What is your recipe for crispy fried chicken tenders?
i love love love these recipes

take boneless skinless chicken breasts and slice into strips (long and narrow work best for me)

soak in a combination of eggs, milk, and hot sauce for at least 2 hours

mix flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings in a big bowl

dredge chicken in flour mixture and refrigerate at least 1 hour

deep fry chicken, in batches, until tenders float to the top and are golden brown....drain on paper towels and add a little salt while still hot

in the meantime.....heat two medium sized pots over medium-low heat

in one pot....melt 1/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup of franks hot wing sauce...keep warm

in the other pot...melt 1/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup bulls eye BBQ sauce...keep warm

when chicken is done frying...toss in either wing sauce or BBQ sauce

yummmy boneless buffalo wings and boneless BBQ wings

I mix buttermilk with 1 T seasoned salt and 1 T hot sauce. Soak the chicken for at least 30 minutes and drain. Mix 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs with 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. Cut boneless, skinless, chicken breasts into ';tenders'; and soak in buttermilk mixture. Drain and roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in hot cannola oil and saute until golden on each side and cooked thru. You can also place the tenders on a baking dish, drizzle with butter, and bake at 375 degrees for 40 -50 minutes or until golden and browned.
I like to soak the chicken in buttermilk over night yummy. I use a standard dry wet dry pattern. I dip the chicken in a dry flour mix, then into the egg mix and then back into the flour mixture and then fry away. I use all kinds of seasoning in my flour mixture it just depends on how I feel that day!
i make similar to yours

i dip into buttermilk with few dashes hot sauce then into heavily seasoned flour (no cormeal)

another way is to dip into beaten eggs then into crushed up captain crunch cereal its very good...gets kinds sticky and sweet
I do a similar recipe, but using mini drumlettes for buffalo wings and them make a sauce using Frank's Hot Sauce with a little butter, lemon, and basil.
I dip the chicken in egg then the flour and fry it in a deep fryer. Deep fryers give the chicken just the right amount of crispiness for me. Yum!
I add a healthy handful of Seasame Seeds to the flour mixture. Adds a nice flavor.
